Hi, im building a casino and im having trouble findin some rares because people dont want to trade it for habbox price like

Petal:3.0 ( people asked for 3.5, i had to trade for a full petal floor giving 4 trones)
Throne sofa:4.0 (people want profit so i payed like 4.2 maybe 4.3)
Trone: 20.5 (people who have them ask for 20 pure, people who need it give 19 pure some give 21 hc but not pure) throne price gaps.
