Pillar should be about .7
Smoke Machine should be .6 maybe .7 (I have NEVER seen anyone offer hc and I trade all the time.)
Petal is close already at 2 hcs, maybe 2.1 or so would be a little more accurate.
Nordic should be .9
Lapland doesn't go for higher than hc usually.
Imps and holoboy/girl are difficult to get 2.0 each for them.
