Here are some trading values I've seen changing.
KEY:
Red = DECREASE.
GREEN = INCREASE.
Gold Dragon - 17-18T - Seen 2 times.
When people buy a gold dragon, they are looking to make profit - however no one wants to buy them and the owners are willing to sell cheap to get rid of them.
Silver Dragon - 8T & 14 HC's. - Seen 4 times.
There are more silver dragon lamps than any other super rare dragon, thus seen traded more often. These rares are decreasing fast and no one wishes to pay alot for them. Sellers struggle to get 9 pure thrones for them, so go lower in aim to get a good trade.
Gold Amber Lamp - 10T - Seen 7 times.
There was a stage where Gold Amber lamps were increasing wildly, and now there seem to be alot of people getting rid of them. Not a huge decrease, but still a change.
Red Birdbath - 7T & 7 HCS. - Seen 11 times.
The ammount of Red Birdbaths in the hotel seems to have increased, aswell as the blue. People are selling these fast and often go lower to just trade them. One of the fastest decreasing rares at the moment.
Blue Birdbath - 7T & 7 HCS. - Seen 9 times.
While the red maybe decreasing, the blue is increasing. Many people seem to want blue and it is slightly harder to get hold of.
Trophy Set - 7T & 2 HC. - Seen 8 times.
Trophy Sets and the trophies by themselves seem to be very popular at the moment and thus increasing. People are willing to pay more for them as a set , rather than just individuals.
Habbo Turntable (DJ Decks) - 6T & 5 HC. - Seen 14 times.
The Habbo Turntable seems to be decreasing very fast. People do not want them, and often to trade them off the sellers deflate their price to sell them. Not very popular at the moment, dj decks are also one of the fastest decreasing rares at the moment.
Dragon Egg - 5T & 14 HC. - Seen 7 times.
The Dragon Egg is a popular rare and people will often offer 1 hc more than Habbox just to secure the trade.
Golden Elephant - 5T & 13 HC - Seen 2 times.
Golden Elephant is a popular rare, not traded much but people offer more to secure trades.
Bronze Dragon Lamp - 5T & 10 HC. - Seen 4 times.
Like the other dragon lamps, this one isn't very popular due to the very similar look of it. It looks like the red one, so people don't want it very often. This one isn't decreasing as fast as the others though.
White Pillow - 2T & 16 HC. - Seen 5 times.
Not many people want them, and are not willing to pay much for them. The trades I saw were 15-17 hcs, so I averaged them out and made it 16.
Silver & Bronze trophy - no change.

Not the most popular trophy, more in the hotel thus easier to get.
Typewriter - 1T & 10 hcs. - Seen 9 times.
Again, people trade these as 2 and get 3 thrones, so heh.

Not many people want them as of fear they are coming out at Easter so offer less.
*NEW* Pink Roller - 7 hc. Seen 2 times.
The Pink Roller was given out to Habbo 'X'perts for winning some competitions at Christmas and I've seen them trading them off. Not high value due to fear of them coming out at Valentines with the theme of pink.
