First of all, it's Barclays Premiership this season, and for the next few.
I HOPE Middlesbrough will win, but realistically, I think Jose and Roman will win it.

Want to win - Anyone that isnt the following: Man United, Crystal Palace, Southampton

Think will win - Chelsea or Arsenal (although Tottenham are on fire at the moment...That will end in the FA Cup ;))
