Some Habbox Values are way off so i decided to do this report. :S

http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/HCMajesticChairST.gif Maj - 4.9 CS - Seems to be going down a bit since no one wants to give 5 pure for it anymore. Going for about 4 pure + A fan. Seen - 4 Times

http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/ClassyFountainST.gif Grey BB- 7.3 CS - Here's a value thats wayyyyyy off. It's usually going for about 7 pure or 8 pure these days and it's impossible to get it at 5 pure.
