How do u give sum1 rep?

I dont know how to give ppl rep, can sum1 tell me how...so i can give ppl sum when i want to.. ;)

when ur on the post u want to give the person rep on, click on the lil skales thingy that should bring up a box where u can add to their rep ;)

You can also take away from their rep if you disapprove their post.

giving bad rep is 'adding to their reputation' because its giving them reputation...but bad reputation...if u know what i mean
