Predicted to drop further to a 0.7 perhaps even 0.6

Also adds a nice touch to summer theme rooms. Predicted to rise to this level and stay there, i doubt anyone will be willing to pay more, then dropping back to the 0.5 it used to be as it doesnt look so good in autumn/winter theme rooms.
