If you can get to the top of mount chilliad in the place by the discovery and parachute then use the Vortex cheat and drive off the mountain it also acts as a kinda glider, you can go quite a long way if you keep it steady.
Making the vortex the only all terrain and air transport systems. Hehe

the cheat mode has to be in start thats when the control is on standby
