Expert PHP Web Coder needed.

I need a PHP coder to code my site www.ourhabbouk.co.uk a new user system with the following:

Editablle Profile
Members List (50 users per page)
VIP Sysetm
Different colours for each usergroup
Call for help system


And an admin panel with:

Ability to edit users
add/remove/modify usergroups
put users in usergroups
alert site
alert members
ban users
unban users


A Mod Panel with:

alert user
ban user
view user details
view call for helps (needs a pickup button)
edit a users usergroup
acess to mods only :)

Your looking at well over £200 for a site like that. The amount of coding that would need to be done would take over 3 months to finish.
Coding isnt cheap remember its taking peoples time up to do it for you.

For what your offering you would be lucky to get a registration and login page :/

I Will Do It.. Or Do most of it... I don't have anything better to do. Im not going to have it done by a deadline. We can get a basic system up then keep adding the features one by one?? Sound good?
