I havent posted a report for about a week now, been extremely busy IRL.

I was very surprised to come back and see the throne lowered to 28 hcs on habbox, I was certain it was on the rise. Now that the value has lowered to that on habbox, people are panicking incase it lowers anymore and I have seen thrones sold many times at 27 hcs.
I had a screenie taken of me trading for one at 27 hc but I have misplaced it.
I think that the drop is temporary, and ive already taken advantage over this value by buying typos for 1t each then selling the typos for 29-30 hcs. The only reason I think it has lowered in value is because habbox lowered the value.

Seen sold at 3 hc 5 times. Going down in value, and I predict that it will continue to decrease.

Very hard to find people willing to sell at 4.5. I have seen traded at 5 hc twice and 5.5 once.

I have seen these rares traded at 4.5 loads of times. They are on the rise as there arn't as many of them as some of the newer rares. However, they will most likely drop after the summer, with the possibly exception of the hammock.

Quite often now, I see the hc sofa being traded for normals. Now its fine to say that the hc sofa is valued at 70 creds, but it really does depend on which normals are being offered.
If its Lodge Corners, pineapple plants or bonsai trees being offered for a hc people normally sell for around 12 per each hc (Which is only 36 credits worth).
With Yukkas, Pod chairs and small red tvs, people usually trade 15 per each hc (Which is 45 credits worth)
But then, when you get to things like holodice, large tvs, lerts etc people offer around 60 creds worth of them.
I have seen all these trades take place at least once.
That is why I think that the "RD" value of the rares should be scrapped, as I dont think it is accurate enough because it really only depends on what normals are being traded.
