http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/YellowParasolST.gif1.4 - Down - Yellow Parasols are over-rated. I never see them sell for more then 1.5. Seen 6 times.

http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/HCImperialTeleportSetST.gif1.3 - Down - Some sell for 1.5 and now some people are even asking for just 1.0. 1.3 is about the average. Seen 5 times.

http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/CrusoesHammockST.gif4.0 - Down - I also think the hammock is over-rated by habbox. I've seen countless times in trade rooms people only asking for 4hcs. Seen 7times.

http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/GreenWoolyPillowST.png19.0 - Up - These are catching up with the throne now! They are just so hard to find so more is being offered. Shooting up in value. Seen 2 times.
