I've been into many trade rooms to try and sell various items and have seen lots of different offers on rares. Some of these i have also tried to sell, e.g Green pillow, Throne, Blue/Green Dragons.

Throne - People are buying them for 26CS But are selling them for 28/27CS. Conclusion: No change
Petal Floor - Have not seen anyone attempting to buy one of these. Conclusion: No change
Green Pillow - Not selling at all really, Highest offer i got for mine was 15 CS, Highest seller was 17 CS. Conclusion: 16/17 Hcs
Silver Birdbath - Not many offers, But from the few i saw, Conclusion: 15/16 CS
Bronze Nelly - Offers vary from "2 of these for a throne", to 12-13 CS
Purple Parasol - Offers of 1.8 up to 2.2. Conclusion: 2 CS
Yellow Parasol - Red Dragon for Yellow Parasol and 2 CS pure. Conclusion: 2.3 CS
Green Parasol - Offers varied from 1.5-2CS. Conclusion: No Change
Orange Parasol - 5CS Pure. Conclusion: No Change
Red Dragon - Selling 2 for 5 CS Unpure. Conclusion: 2.3CS
Green Dragon - As with Red dragon, Selling for Unpure Hc. Conclusion: No change
Blue Dragon - SElling for 1 CS Pure. COnclusion: Their old value of 0.8CS
Chinese Sofa - People accepting offers of 2 For their CS. COnclusion: 0.5CS/No Change
Imperial Teleports - Many offers of 1.5CS. Conclusion: 1.5CS
Black Monolith - Varied from 3CS+Norms to 2.5CS. Conclusion: 2.8CS
All Pillars - Still selling/Buying for 1CS. Conclusion: No change
All Screens - Still buying/Selling for 1CS. Conclusion: No change
