Throne: 27hc pure 28 hc unpure. so id say 27.5hc value (seen atleast 10 times around habbo)
Green pillow: 10hc (seen 3times)
Petal: 4hc (seen 5times. and sold 7 myself at 4hc per..)
Maj: 3.5hc (seen 5times again..) when people have these not many of us like to sell them for just 3hc
T Sofa: 2.5hc (seen 4times)
Green drag: 2hc (seen 6times)
Tub: Often seen traded for other 0.5 rares. so 0.5cs (seen alot)
