http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/GreenFanST.gif[Summer fan] - Value - 0.6 - Slowly heading down in value as summer ends, more or less likely to stay around .5 until next summer - [Seen 6 times]

http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/GoldIceCreamMakerST.png[Ice cream maker] - Value 0.5 - Just like the summer fan although less popular, shouldnt go any lower - [Seen 3 times]

Increasing

http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/ShadowScreenST.png[Shadow screen] - Value - 0.9/1hc - Not alot of people bought these and are excellent for habboween rooms - [Seen 4 times]

http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/AtlanteanPillarST.png[Gold Pillar] - Value - 0.9 - slowly rising i think it will reach 1hc and stay steady - [Seen 7 times]

30hc - [Seen 3 times]

http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/BlackMonolithST.png[Monotlith] - Value 3.3 - Halloween again and it is also a fairly rare item - [Seen 2 times]
