Mentor, Dreamweaver is quite useful, Ive made good sites in it and wouldnt know anything about sites if it wasnt for Dreamweaver :)

Looks quite good, one tip is to take out the top 2 lines of HTML. I made a site in Dreamweaver (dreamweaver adds that code) and that made my iFrame scroll really weirdly. Its not needed at all :p

You also need to set a title, and in my opinion the background picture is too plain.

Apart from that its good :eusa_clap . I hope you take critisism well, else you wont like this post!
