Green And White Bird Baths
Both of the Bird baths are extremely hard to buy for their current values.
The Green bird Bath's price is most accurate anywhere from 8.5 - 9 hcs
And The White at 10.5 - 11hc

Petal Patch
The Petal Patch is also Very hard to buy at 3.5hcs. I dont think it is worth 4 hcs yet but it is definetly on the rise.

Rares Going Down

Aliens
Both the Original black alien and the New years rocket are not very secure at 1 hc. The red rocket has just kept going down and probably will continue to.

Iv Seen the Red rockets sold for .75 a couple of times
