Didn't know whether to post this or not but I will considering it worked for me.
Rather than carrying around sheets of paper and books when you are revising. A really good way of keeping everything is on your I-pod notes folder. It means wherever you are you can access the notes.
You 'enable for disk use' your I-pod under options in I-tunes and then just add text files to the Notes folder on your I-pod. It really helped me with my language oral exams as music is a big influence in my life so it was nice to have the notes handy.

It is also a good place to put vocab words during a vocab test where your teacher lets you "listen to your iPod during the test"

lol they wont allow nething like that in2 our exams. Not even memory sticks. All we can take in is printouts of the things we think would help us. AND we have to pay for the printouts via print credit. waste of money tbh and its made my bag heavy. And havnt they spared a thought for the amount of trees their killing?
