If you mean pics in your posts then you have to upload the picture somewhere (search imageshack on google), once you have uploaded the picture somewhere put this in your post:
URL HERE
The URL HERE bit is where you enter the URL of your picture.

If you mean pics in your signature then this isnt possible, as some people like to take up too much space with huge pictures. ;) If you need any more help with pics just PM me :D
