How could Adebayor possibly miss that? It was easier to score! And Gilberto's missed penalty? They'll be rueing those! Anyway, Meite's late goal means extra time...it was inevitable really. I've had to stick Buzzcocks on record. :p

It bobbled slightly and came off the inside of his boot rather than the laces, but still should have scored it. Come on i wanna see penalties!

What an eventful finish - lovely goal by Freddy, Ben Haim sent off, Julio Baptista misses a penalty (what is it with those Brazilians!) and Adebayor slots in another. You've gotta feel for Bolton though but I guess it's about time Arsenal put the Bolton hoodoo to rest!
Bolton 1-3 Arsenal AET

it was a good game and Bolton just got caught out at the end because they tried to throw everyone forward. both the penalties were rubbish and exactly the same. :']

Great football and a great game, arsenals football is top class whoever wenger puts in that team they can all pass and keep hold of possesion, baptista and gilberto's penalties were awful as for adebayors chance i dnt know how he missed lol :D

That's because Wenger's the best scout to ever exist. Great game, finally Arsenal show up longball Bolton whose only chance of winning was the player Arsenal made decent in the first place. I can definitely see an unbeaten rest-of-the-season run coming from this.

Bring on Blackburn.
