Analysis: A very steady rare. There is always someone out there to buy this, it sometime takes a little while for people to sell this for 2 hc sofas straight up, but at the end of the day, you will always find buyers for this willing to pay more than 2.0 at times. Look for this to stick around this price for a good amount of time.

Analysis: No one really wants them as winter is leaving us, these are only bought in bulk for a low price. Rarely and i use that term rarely very strongly do these rares go for 2.0 for one patch. Look for a decline soon.

Analysis: Ah...What can i comment about on this rare, everytime i post this, there is always an increase. No wonder this rare is so hard to find, it was the least bought rare ever according to furni facts listed on habbox.com as of last year.(http://www.habbox.com/site/content/blogcategory/49/235/) Its a shame not a people bought this, but its also good because then some rareity(is this a word? lol) is present in some of the rares. This is definetly on the rise, and will rise every week until it reaches its peak.. 20 hcs i say?

Analysis: This is not as popular as the grey birdbath but it very slowly on the rise, but i think its reaching its peak. I really doubt this goes as high as grey bb, maximum 16 hc, even in the summer. It has a low demand unlike the grey bb but when it sells it sells for a good price. This was listed as the 5th least bought rare, and again makes you wonder why?

Analysis: I actually predicted this was going to rise in my last report, but it went the completey opposite way. Very hard to sell at 2.0, and sellers are being forced to pay below the habbox value. I still believe these will rise as the summers draws closer, but for now they declining for sure.
