The Christmas season is over, and naturally the trading prices of the christmas rares are rising. Here are what I've spotted them trading for over the last week.
Holly Wall

Before the christmas the holly wall was worth several thrones, after being removed from the catalogue it reached a measly 10HC, now you can get a holly wall for only 20HC. This is definately a great long-term investment.

Christmas Tree 1

Christmas Tree 2

Christmas Tree 3

Lowest Seen: 18RD [Twice]
As the christmas trees usually have the same price, I have grouped them under 1 title. It's no secret that Christmas tree 2 is the most popular, so It's not suprising to see it trading for the most.
Poinsetta

Lowest Seen: 20RD [6 times]
Poinsettas may do well at christmas, but they seem to do a little bit better in spring. I have just invested in 3 Poinsettas for my upcoming room and I wouldn't be suprised if they hit 0.5HC by the end of March.
Well, Just a short one for now. More coming soon.
