Some rare values I picked up while scouting around trade rooms!

Throne-32HC [seen once]---Seems a bit much and I reckon they will fall soon.

Study desk-1hc [seen three times]---Still a pretty unpopular rare and I
think a better price would be around 0.8HC.

Throne sofa-2HC [seen twice]---I predict a rise soon!

Petal patch-4HC [seen once]---I think they'll definatly rise to around 5HC
in summer so buy now and make a profit!
