LUKE GUTTRIDGE and Jabo Ibehre have recovered from ankle and knee injuries respectively in time for Saturday's game at play-off chasing Swansea City.
The pair, who both limped out of the action during the O's 5-0 defeat at Bournemouth three weeks ago, resumed training this week and have travelled to South Wales as part of an 18-man squad.
Efe Echanomi also returned to full training this week after being sidelined for over a month with a knee problem, but he is still building up his fitness following 15 months out with various injuries, while Michael Simpson and Donny Barnard (both knee) are also out.
Alton Thelwell (hamstring) is ruled out of Saturday's game against Swansea but the former Tottenham man is closing in on a comeback and may bit fit enough to take on Chesterfield on March 10.
