just proves how pathetic football is becoming.. the same happened yesterday. an oldham born lad who scored his first ever pro goal for oldham, ran over to his fans and celebrated with them and got booked for it.

why does the fa or whover comes up with these petty things, have to insist on taking the enjoyment out of football these days? :@

I see your point. It's almost as if they're trying to take the passion out of football.

It's also stupid when you consider that some players get away without being booked for some pretty horrific tackles.

yeah its really stupid how happy would you be if you just scored your first seniour goal, english football has also lost that tough tackling side to the game everytime you touch a player now, they fall over like little girls
