Snow Patch - [ 1.5 one time ]

The snow patch has dropped quite a bit now that it is closing in to summer and not many habbos like this rare so I can see it dropping quite a lot. I can see it dropping to 1.35CS-1.0CS.

Throne sofa - [ 2.0 three times ]
[ 1.75 six times ]
[ 1.5 three times ]
The throne sofa is very difficult to sell for 2.0 now and I have even experienced not very long ago trying to sell them and they very rarely sell for 2.0. I have seen people sell them for 1.75 a lot now and some of these trades have not involved the very famous Club Sofa.

Green marquee - [ 1.0 four times ]

[ 0.75 two times ]
The green marquee has never been a good seller. But I have seen it be sold for 1.0 quite a lot recently for the past week. It sometimes sells below 1.0 but i think it could be wanted more now that the yellow marquee is more expensive and this is the cheapest normal rare gate in the hotel.

Ice Cream Maker - [ 1.5 six times ]
[ 1.3 three times ]
[ 1.25 one time ]
The ice cream maker is a very suitable rare for the summer and that is good. But it is not a very good seller but recently has been selling for its habbox value. It has gone from 0.5-1.5 and I think it may rise only a little but not very much.

Petal Patch - [ 5.0 three times ]
[ 4.5 five times ]
[ 4.0 one time ]
The petal patch has gone from 4.0-4.5 in under two weeks which is very good for it. Last year it reached 5.0 but this year i can see it reaching 5.5 and maybe more. It is a very good seller and has gone up quite a while before summer. When it is summer it may stop going up. But it may just be good enough to carry on and make its way to 5.5 and maybe 6.0.

The throne has been doing very well and has also been selling very well. It is mainly sold in casino's and rarely sells below its habbox value. Everytime it has gone up the value on habbox everyone has done the same and sold it very easily. I could say if you had this rare and tried selling it for 32. It could take you under five minutes if you try in a casino.
