These are popular all times of the year but, at summer everyone wants them in there rooms, Lots of people selling but not many people buying, quite easy to get 5hc if you look hard enough.

The gem of trading and it could get moved to supers, if it does get moved it will shoot up. but what will take the thrones place in normal rares, well lots of people are saying green pillows.

its not a summer piece of furni so well its going down, i dont think it could go lower than 1hc but it will be a great investment after the summer is over.the sand and the snow patchs are like the holiday romance and lapland greetings, as one goes up the other goes down.

People selling these for less and more than they are worth, lots of people selling these as sets.

A great piece of summer furni and this is going up, and up as the sun shines. Personaly i think that this is the best ever icm, and it was the very first rare i bought :)

people trying to sell these for 1T, but i have not seen any trades for this price, i expect it will reach 1T in a week or two. not many people seling these, they are waiting for them to go up to 1T.

people are buying these with holo-boys becasue they look great together, and well they do, but some people are trying to raise the price of this rare too, not going to happen.
