Silver Nelly

The silver nelly has been at 10CS for a while exactly the same as bronze nelly but I never see it sell for its correct value. I have seen it been sold for 8CS and sells quite easily. But when tried to be sold at 9CS it becomes difficult and 10CS seems impossible unless the buyer is desperate for it.

Strobe Solarium

The strobe solarium is very rare as it was in the catalogue for 5-10minutes for only five credits. It is not a very good seller and now that Blue strobe solarium is out no-body hardly wants it because they can get a blue strobe solarium for only 1CS or 10 credits out the catalogue. I can see this rare dropping a bit maybe to 32CS and if it is still not selling well. I can see it dropping rapidly.

Purple Parasol

The purple parasol has always seemed to be the cheapest parasol and still is now. It can be sold very easily for 2CS and it is a great rare for summer that is now coming but i have not seen it do that well. I can see this rare staying at 2CS for a while and maybe in summer it will go up a bit? We will have to see.

Jamaican Sand Patch

The jamaican sand patch has had a weird time and has been loved when first released. Then hated after week from release as it was christmas now it is once more loved again as it reminds us of a nice beach in the summer. I have seen it been sold for 2CS quite a fewtimes now recently but not very easily sold and sometimes has had to be sold under its value. I can see it staying at 2CS.

Holiday Romance

Holiday romance is a great rare for summer and it is fun to stand in it and see your face in either the mans body or the womans body. I find habbos like this rare and it is something for summer so when it is summer this rare could be at least 4.5-5CS maybe.
