uh huh her

i did much ado about nothing in my sats, i don't see how the story is hard to understand, unless you can't understand the shakespearian language.

Soka
18-04-2007, 08:31 AM
er i got 8 in maths, 7 in science, 6 in english

because i did crap in the macbeth exam, but now i've done romeo and juliet for gcse coursework with another teacher i actually enjoyed studying it etc.

if you want to revise for shakespeare, go onto BBCs website and revise from there, its quite helpful.

I just can't get my head around ol' shakey. why do we have to learn about 500 year old plays (Lol) when we could learn ones that are written in modern english. And if we do have to learn shakespeare why can't we at least use modern english translations. It can be so hard to understand. When 50%+ of the words make no sense cause they aren't used today.

<rant>Plus it doesn't help that our english teacher is the master of contradiction, She'll say something like I hate trees, and you go ahh but Tree huggers seem to love them. and she'll go ahh yes See I was thinking just that and your like WTH!?!?!</rant>

That was like the longest post ever written by me... Now for some col fonts and stuff to make it look profesional.

Edit: We're doing Richard III Maybe they change the play inbetween counties?

I'm dreading the SATS, im gonna do really bad on the shakesphere I dont understand it, and put it this way Richard the third isnt the funniest thing to learn about, or do an exam on, and tbh im not interested in the shakesphere, so i'll do bad, but on the writing and reading ones I should do okay, I hope.
