I have seen this things being sold for:

Throne 34 hcs (6 times) :eusa_danc :eusa_danc

Greeen Bird Bath i think is going to go down as no one is buying them:eusa_wall :eusa_wall

i think all the Hc V12 furni should go down as no one is buying them and more and more is coming out as people are finishing their months:eusa_wall :eusa_wall

Please make your report longer, however I agree that HC furni should go down! And say how many times you've seen this trade happen, as this is not really a RV Report.
