Also there is no need to report HC Sofa as it hardly goes up.
It can sell over but it can also sell under like 10 Lodge corners for it.

The value of the HC sofa is debateable. I would value it at 30RD myself purely because 10 lodge corners/yukkas/pineapples per hc is a very common deal.

Nice accurate values nevertheless :P
