on my list of things to do while my mom's away i have to look for a new company van or suv. we have a honda odyssey and we had a ford freestar, but the lease was up on the freestar in december and we really need another van or suv.

it must be luxurious and have 3 rows of seating (8 passenger) because this vehicle will be used to take potential house buyers to view properties, also it must have a navigation system.

i think the 2007 suburban would be ideal, but it's $50 000!

any ideas?

What about a Chrysler Voyager?

if thats the same as a grand caravan/town & country then no, because in newyork, they're everywhere.

like if we could wait untill the fall when the 2008's come out, but we need something asap.

But it's not very civilised entry/exit for people you're showing round, having to put down the middle seats to get the back people in. Better to have something with a slidy door.

i'm pretty sure they're 3 rows, well some of them.

If it is what i'm thinking off, its a pain to get into, which is one downfall, you have to fold down the 2nd row seats, and then climb over the folded down seats.
apart from that its good...

also, is having a small trunk an issue?
with the 3rd row seats the trunk is tiny.

yes, actually it is =( because we have signs and a bunch of crap in the back and it would be a pain to have to take all that out to fold the seats up..

it looks like it's going to be a suburban because theres a demo one at the chevrolet dealer that the manager drove for a bit. it's a black 2007 suburban LTZ 4x4 w/black leather seats, navigation, rear-entertainment system + a/c and it has only 5100mi.

it's just like a van, with the 2 captian's chairs and then the 3 seats in the back.

it's also a really good price!
