I have gone with a new layout, I find this one to look better but I am open to ideas & comments.

Red = Decreasing (Lower Than Habbox Value)
Blue = Same (Same as Habbox Value)
Green = Increasing (Above Habbox Value)

Times Spotted = 5
Comment = The Moon Patch seems to be rising but I doubt it to rise much higher due to the fact that their are not many room possibilities with this rare.


{ Petal Patch }

Comment = As I have said before I believe the Petal Patch is going to rise due to the fact that it is one of the most popular rares on the hotel and it has been removed from Catalogue.

{ Sand Patch }

Times Spotted = 5
Comment = It seems that this rare is growing in popularity, It is possible that people thought when the Petal/Moon Patch were released that the Sand Patch would take over being the top contender, I do not see this happening.

Comment = My opinion on the Snow Patch is that, I doubt anyone would want to let this rare go for under a HC and that it will not greatly rise until winter comes along.

Nice report, but I dont understand why half the words are in bold, it just makes it look messy tbh. Also try not to let your own opinions influence your reported value, I notice your comment about snow patches is very opinionated ;)

The reason why some of the words are in bold is because they are the more important words, If a person did not feel like reading the entire thing they would just be able to look at the bold words to tell how the item is doing but thanks for your comments.
