Interesting values you've posted there.

I can honestly say I've never seen a Throne sell at 35.5hc. I would also have to question your value the mocha slightly, as I don't often see the mocha selling for more than 4 per HC.

Apart from that, the report is nice and looks legit. If you're looking to improve it next time, try add in a few comments. Maybe why you feel the market price is changing - That would make it looks nicer.
