just heard that they are selling kids replica shirts without the sponsors on next season, but only if they are alcohol related. so the likes of liverpool, rangers, and celtic will be selling kids shirts without the sponsor on.

well if its to stop alcohol abuse it should be for anyone under the age of 18 right? lol. kids will buy the other version with the logo i suspect because they might get gipped for ''having a fake''

It's pathetic :s what next, they gonna make the team have 2 sponsors, 1 for the adults, 1 of the kids.
Adult sponsor - Carling
Kid sponsor - Tweenies

:\
it's not a repilca if they aren't the same!

Thats ridiculous... like its gonna promote alcohol to under age kids... if kids wanted influence to drink and smoke all theyd have to do is look out across the street and see someone doing it right there... not on a football shirt. jeez. Horrible idea but Idc cos Im an adult size :D

I can see where the rule is coming from, but on the other hand is this just another case of society gone wrong? I mean come on a 9 year old kid isnt going to go intio a restaurant and say "can i have a carlsberg" just because he saw it on his shirt. He's more likely to ask if he sees steven gerrard wearing it tbh

that's stupid

you're allowed to drink in your hom over the age of 4 i think with a meal only if it's a small amount.

next they'll be banning adverts on tv.
then what's next.
banning lucozade for upping the performance of sportsmen.

I don't think kids are influenced by logos at all we might as well ban them from super markets
