I have been around the hotel in trade rooms like budy's and chivo's mostly and noticed T-sofas going for around 4.5-5 and when i offer 4 hcs for a T-sofa normally they ask for more.
Also Dragons have dropped dramatically from your starting value at highest of 2.5 but now i think there worth around 1 - 1.5 cs.
And one other thing, Samovars i think they should go up to atleast 1 cs as they are more ' Classy ' than mochas and are almost valued the same + i've asked for a tub and higher for mine and often got what i wanted :)
