Comments: i have seen the Throne sofa being sold three times at 2 CS. I think the throne sofa will rise to 2 CS and stay at that price as it is reasonable.

Green Bird Bath

Comments: i think the Green Bird Bath will Fall in price and will stay at 2.5.
May people are finding it hard to sell at 3 CS, others finding it easy to sell at 2.5 CS

Gold Pillow

Comments: The Gold pillow is being sold at a reasonable price around trade rooms. I think the Gold pillow will stay at 1 CS and may rise as we get closer to the autumn season.

Very nice style that you've used - I like that alot. The one and only comment I can give is that you need to include colours to make it look more attractive. Although, it looks rather good as it is at the moment - Well done!

As for the values, seem accurate!

Very good comments they show you have an understanding of rare values. Good use of pictures and colours but next time you could try and use the red, green and blue system for your text so people can easily see were it is in comparison to habbox.
