Agreed with above. And theres no chance he is getting Harewood. The Thai man said any transfers Sven wants he needs to run past him so he knows weather he is wasting his money or not.

No it wont be it seems as the Thai man wants to make a city a contender for the top four places in the prem in under 6years. ;)
