The selectors have included 20/20 specialists for this 1, they've actually used their brains :o
Collingwood (C)
Bopara
Broad
Flintoff
Kirtley
Maddy
Pietersen
Prior (W)
Schofield
Shah
Sidebottom
Snape
Solanki
Tremlett
Wright
1 name that I am shocked is there is that of Vikram Solanki, I wouldn't have him down as a specialist, I know he is a big hitter, but not the best.
Kirtley was another 1 which surprised me :S He hasn't been on the international scene in ages, and complained when he wasn't considered earlier, have the selectors given in to pressure?
When you look at the squad, there is a fair few who've had little to no experience in the 20/20 department, the likes of Flintoff, Pietersen, Collingwood... And they'll be going as experienced members of the squad!
1 name I'm quite glad to see off an England sheet is Ian Bell, along with Andrew Strauss; Their recent forms have been below par. (I also believe they should be dropped from the Test squad, or that they will be dropped when other players return.. :))
Thoughts?
