these are the values of normal rares that i think should change:
petal patch- up to 3 hc as furni shopd need them and you need alot of them in a summer/spring room
dragon almp- up to 2 hc as with all rares that heve been released into the catlog they go donw and go up (hang on 2 these guys they will go up in value)
the parasols (green, purple, and yellow)- as with all rares released into the catalog they go down and up again and the are in demand for spring/summer rooms
the hammok and nordic- they are really hard to find shops that will trade these for 1 hc sofa they all want more!!!!
