The value of the throne seems stable although i did sell 1 throne for 42 CS i think that was a 1 off.
I sold 2 for 41 CS and seen another traded at 1 CS.

The petal patch is very easy to trade at 3 CS.
Everyone seems to be buying them for their casino's at the moment and seems a stable price.
