Seems as though most Habbo's are willing to let the petal go for 3CS. .3 Less than it's Habbox value.
However, Some Habbo's are willing to pay the extra .5 to get there hands on the petal patch.

I think 42.5 would be the stable value because if Habbo's wish to pay the extra .5 they may and if people would like to sell for 0.5 less than there value that would be fine.
