Yes, but only if it is done properly i.e. not cutting off a wheelie bin lid and sellotaping it to your bonnet. If it is well thought out and lots of money spent it can look good.

Depends on the modding. Rims, spoilers, huge exhausts and those plastic things that people put on the side of cars always look stupid but some paint jobs look cool (Like the death star on the nerd van in Buffy :P)

I think they look stupid and tacky. The only slightly good thing about some cars are the paint jobs or basic things like rear spoilers. Making a car wider looks stupid and a waste of money. Buy a better car.

yes, to make a car look nice like a spoiler, alloys and prehapes a body kit. But not nothing to ott like too many stickers and bad use of colour matching neons.

Depends on the car and the mods. I like the euro mods but I hate it when some kid does a naff job of fitting a bumper to his corsa or something.
