This is my first rare values report since like August xD. I'm starting back up becuse I enjoyed doing it before and wanted to get a job doing it.
Well here I go :P

Good report. Values seem pretty accurate! Only problem is you put your values for the Solarium in green even though you put a lower one than the estimate. Nice though, +rep if I can!
