"I'm here with Al-Hilal president Prince Mohammed bin Faisal and my agent Turki Al Mukairin."
The Asian player of the year is pleased at being given the opportunity and added: "I'm glad to train with such a good club in England and I will try my best to prove that Saudi players are good players."
Currently with Saudi club, Al-Hilal, the 2007 Asian Cup top scorer is rumoured to have attracted interest from Chelsea but Sven-Goran Eriksson can now have a closer look at Al Qahtani as he trains with the City squad at Carrington.

Now I'd never heard of him since I came across this but he's supossibly had intrest from Chelsea but wanted a trial at Manchester City because of Sven. I just wanted to know, do you think City will offer him a contract once he has finished his trial? Oh yeah, heres a video of him, http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=mdBByAT3GJo all I can say is he looks class. However if he does sign I'm sure some stupid goverment pleb will make him change his celebration. :/
So yeah, think he'll sign on?
