Hey i live in a small town called gravesham near the new ebbsfleet international trainstation about 20/25miles from canary warf / docklands and the otherday i was on the A2 near bluewater shopping centre and their was this big blue sign saying ''Low emission zone starts feb 4th'' I wondered what it was all about but didnt think to research it and on the tv i heard that really badly polluting viechels i.e. old busses / cars / vans, will have to pay £200 to get into the capital. And the nearst town to me that is now under london is dartford which is about 10miles frm me but now they have brought out the border right up the thames and from Clondon it extends east almost 25miles now to were i live. Soon i bet we will have the CC. all these silly ideas.
