45 CS - Seen 3 Times
44 CS - Seen 2 Times

The Throne seems to dropping in value at the moment, I think it will drop down to around 41 CS and stick around that value for a while.

Green Bird Bath

2.5 CS - Seen 2 Times
2.0 CS - Seen 3 Times

The Green Bird Bath is being sold mostly at 2.0 but there are also alot of people offering 2.5 CS for them, so there is a good chance that the value may rise.

The Green Pillow is being traded at 7.5 CS alot but there is the odd one or two people who are offering slighty below or above the habbox price.

I try to make my reports 100% accurate.

I dont think The Power Globe will go up. As it is going down slowly and there are many in the hotel.

Aloe Vera

The Aloe Vera isn't the commonest of Furniture so they're pretty hard to get hold of. There is a 75% chance of these going up.

1.2 HC - Seen 15 times
1 HC - Seen 3 times

There are many Sand Patch's in the hotel, there isn't a great chance of them going higher then 1.5 HC. There is a chance of them going to about 0.5 HC.

I disagree with most of these values, such as Thrones at 42cs and Samovas at 2cs
