I have some homework where you have to do this like, well, you have for example, y=2x-3, but you need to put them in one of them boxes, so then you can plot the co-ordinates on a graph. I dont understand, can anyone help me? :(

i think i understand, whats x? cause it could mean:

y=(number of x times by 2.) and take away 3.

but if its a cord graph won't you need another number? >_<

make y= 0

so u can say 2x-3= 0
then its easy

2x= -3
x= -1.5

then plot on a graph
