1-1 im thinkin or 0-0
or 1 goal to either side too close to call imo

Geraint

0-0.

Have to miss the first half because I won't get home from Cardiff until 6:15.

Could easily go either way so I'm unsure. Should be very close though!

Hopefully should be a good game, I hope they both go for it and don't play too defensive because then it'll be a shocking game as both teams are pretty sound denfensively. If both teams go for the win then I see United winning, 2-1. If not then I still see United winning, 1-0.

Well whatever happens the winning team will have momentum for the premiership match.

I think there will definately be just the one goal in it. I cant see a 2-0 or higher win.

we have quite a lot of players out for this match.. no 1st team left or right back is fit which is gunna make things hard

Clichy, Sagna, Senderos, Walcott, Djourou, van Persie, Diaby, Almunia, Denilson, Tomas Rosicky are all out it sounds like

First one = Draw
Second one = Man Utd leading at half time, draw full time (14/1)

I have a bad feeling that Arsenal will be given a thrashing today. Getting the same feelings as the Spurs game, I guess it'll all depend on team selections.

I'd like to see Flamini playing defence and Song play along side Fabregas in the middle, and Bendther and Eduardo up front.

----------Lehmann--------------
Flamini--Gallas--Senderos--Clichy
Eboue--Song--Fabregas--Hleb
-------Bendther--Eduardo------

If Gilberto plays then it's all over before it begins.

why if gilberto starts its all over? he was pretty decent last season, whats happened to him?
i hope saha is on the bench today. he was one of the main reasons we won the title last season but this season he hasnt had many games which is a shame!
i dont think ronaldo will play for us either because he wasnt in training yesterday

clichy and senderos are injured..

Simmzay
16-02-2008, 03:17 PM
Gilberto has been by far the most disappointing player this season. He's very lazy and doesn't close down the ball enough, and always gives away freekicks in "Ronaldo territory".

If Senderos is injured then it's Toure, and Traore instead of Clichy.

I think Saha can trouble our defence also.

carrick
16-02-2008, 03:24 PM
traore was he the left back who played against spurs? he looked awful against them.. if it is i hope we cause him alot of problems :D i can see us beating arsenal today, u have alot of injuries and im sure alot of people will be using it as an excuse.

I'd normally defend Arsenal's performances but I can't defend that. Arsenal might have had 9 injuries but you just can't play like that, whatever players are on the field. It's not like Arsenal fielded the weakest of all sides.

--ss--
16-02-2008, 07:15 PM
Poor game for Arsenal.
There was alot of terrible passes which lead to united getting the ball , the strikers didn't get many touches and the defence kept going up. Lehman played good though.

Hopefully we'll do better against AC Milan.

We were simply awful. Found it quite funny how everyone said Rooney was amazing when to be fair.. all he did was score a goal, then miss a good amount of very good chances.

Traore was terrible, all the back four were to be fair, wished Clichy would've played and hope he's gonna play against Milan! Midfield was quite poor, can't believe we got outplayed by some of Manure's midfield [Park and Fletcher mostly, because I don't rate them at all]. Still, it's also funny that people are saying this has won United the title when we're still 5 points clear [this wasn't the league too, remember], we'll obviously play much better when we play them and both teams still have 11 other games to play. Season isn't over yet.

Hes a United fan. Surely thats reason enough for a City fan? :P

And Rooney can be amazing even with scoring just the one goal by putting his heart and soul into his performance and giving 100% effort, something which Arsenal lacked. They honestly didn't look bothered about winning.

worse performance ive seen from the gunners in ages.

we were simply shocking this season certainly has been odd.
Tottenham 5-1 man u 4-0 how often does that happen let alone the same season yet this year we seem to be doing better.

but back to the performance
Goalkeeper: cant fault him not his fault
Defense: shocking full backs were shocking gallas and toure not usual self
Midfield: again pretty bad. like we wasnt there at times. not the usual arsenal fluency
Attack: cant really fault them. no service not there fault really

the eboue challenge was bad and deserving of a red so no complaints

Adebayor diving was dissapointing to see and hopefully i wont see it again this season

we better do better against milan

arsene wenger said this cup was not top priority but thats not an excuse losing 4-0 to man u sucks. it shouldnt happen.
