ITV has retained the rights to show Uefa Champions League matches as part of a deal for the 2009-2012 seasons.

From August 2009 the channel will broadcast the first pick of Wednesday night games, including the final and Uefa Super Cup Final.
BSkyB earlier won the right to show coverage of live matches and highlights on a Tuesday, plus matches other than the first choice on Wednesdays.
The BBC has confirmed it did not bid for live Champions League rights.
In a statement the corporation said it had not entered a bid at any stage of the tender process.
The ITV deal includes both television and new media rights.
Earlier on Thursday, the BBC secured the television rights to show Formula One in the UK from the 2009 season.
The five-year deal for an undisclosed fee marks F1's return to BBC screens 12 years after it switched to ITV.
The contract covers all platforms and will see F1 broadcast on the BBC Sport website, as well as on TV and radio.
