Well our Norton 2007 recently ran out, so I installed 2008. But now firefox keeps on erroring for me. Firefox will crash every 10 minutes, and end tasks it self withing 20 mins.

Has any one else had this problem?

tbh i'd rather have norton 360 than AVG, but i have ESET Smart Security 3.0.420.0 Business edition, it's best AV about :).

Have you had a look under the blocking of programs on Norton? I'm no good at this but perhaps, it's blocking it? :)

Yep, it could be because Norton 2008 takes much more processing than 2007?

I gave up on Norton a long time ago.

AVG ftw!

The problem is you're using Norton, it's not going to protect your computer or detect anything of deadly importance. It's crap...

Your free online scanners and firewalls are always a million times better than anything you can buy in the shops these days.

I fixed this problem, if any one wants to know how, I just created a new profile. http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#Profile_issues :P
